    Rates

    Saturday: $1050 (six-hour rental)
    Friday or Sunday: $550 (six-hour rental) 

    Rental fee includes: 

    • Park entry for all invited guests.
    • Room rental with round tables and padded chairs
    • White or ivory linen table covers, with a choice of black or white table skirts
    • Extra tables with linen covers and table skirts
    • Complete table and chair set-up/tear-down service 

    Rental fee does not include beverage service. 

    Great Parks is a government agency and does not accept tips or gratuities in any form.

    Food Service

    Great Parks does not provide catering services but permits approved catering vendors. Approved vendors are responsible for full service, including dishware, silverware, serving utensils, buffet setup and cleanup. Contact Guest Relations for more information.

    Beverage Service

    Beverage service must be purchased through Great Parks. Cost includes four hours of service for non-alcoholic beverages and 3.5 hours of service for alcoholic beverages.

    • Non-alcoholic (coffee, tea, water, soft drinks): $7 per person
    • Non-alcoholic & alcoholic (wine & beer): $15 per person

    • Covered patio overlooking a wooded area of The Vineyard Golf Course

    Deliveries

    Deliveries will be accepted up to two hours before the rental period.

    Equipment needs must be confirmed with Great Parks a minimum of 14 business days before the event date.

  • Open House Tours

    To view the facility, an open house is held on the second Saturday of the month from 9-11 a.m. In the event of inclement weather, check Park Notifications for changes or cancellations to the open house schedule. You can view the outside of the facility any day from dawn until dusk. When visiting the site, please be courteous if an event is in progress.
