The Mill Race Banquet Center at Winton Woods is Great Parks' premier banquet facility. Located along the beautiful 18-hole Mill Course, the venue’s Fairview Room features panoramic views of the golf course, a large stone fireplace and a covered outdoor terrace. Mill Race Banquet Center can accommodate groups of up to 128.

    Rates 

    Rentals are booked for four hours with additional charges per each hour reserved thereafter.

    Monday – Thursday (before 4 p.m.): $270
    Thursday (after 4 p.m.) – Sunday: $660

    Additional Hours: $150 each
    Cash Bar Setup: $75

    Rental fee includes: 

    • Motor vehicle entry for all guests
    • Room rental with round tables and padded chairs
    • White, black or ivory linen table covers, with a variety of table skirt colors to choose from
    • Extra tables with linen covers and table skirts
    • Complete table and chair set-up/tear-down service

    Rental fee does not include beverage service.

    Great Parks is a government agency and does not accept tips or gratuities of any kind.

    Food Service

    Great Parks does not provide catering services but permits approved catering vendors. Approved vendors are responsible for full service, including dishware, silverware, serving utensils, buffet setup and cleanup. Contact Guest Relations for more information.

    Beverage Service

    Beverage service must be purchased through Great Parks. Cost includes four hours of service for non-alcoholic beverages and 3.5 hours of service for alcoholic beverages.

    Non-alcoholic(coffee, tea, water, soft drinks): $7 per person

    Non-alcoholic & alcoholic (wine & draft beer): $15 per person

    Amenities

    • Upper level covered terrace, stone fireplace, staircase and elevator access.
    • Large windows overlooking The Mill Course
    • Round tables with padded chairs are provided, each seating eight guests. Limited seminar and oblong tables are available upon request.

    Deliveries

    Deliveries will be accepted up to two hours before the rental period.
