The oldest of the six golf courses operated by Great Parks of Hamilton County, Sharon Woods Golf Course has stood the test of time. Opened by legendary golfer Bobby Jones in 1938, the offers something for everyone, including beginner 6-hole leagues, outings, instructional programs, family events, and competitions.
Known for being a tough test of golf, the layout features holes where birdies can be made, as well as holes that will test everything you have to make par.
After your round, you can relax with a cold drink and a sandwich in the clubhouse or on the patio area that overlooks the #7 and #9 holes.

Golf Course Guidelines for Play
- Tee times can be made up to 10 days in advance either online at greatparks.org or by calling the golf course. Groups of less than four may be paired together.
- Players must check in within 10-15 minutes prior to their starting time or risk forfeiting that time.
- Play is for 9 or 18 holes, riding or walking. Two riders per cart; single rider requests may incur an additional charge during select times. Push carts are available.
- Alcohol must be purchased from the facility. Carry-on alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Coolers are permitted for non-alcoholic beverages.
