The Hamilton County Park District offers 36 open-sided, reservable shelters which can accommodate
90 to 360 people, as well as two reservable non sheltered picnic areas. All reservable picnic
shelters and areas have tables, grills and horseshoe pits on-site. The picnic shelters of Harper
Meadows at Winton Woods can be reserved in combination to accommodate groups of 200 or more. We can

The Park District accepts reservations for picnic shelters up to one year in advance.
Areas are reserved from 10:00 a.m. to dark. Check availability or make a reservation for any
reservable area or facility by calling Guest Services at (513) 521-PARK, Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m or Reserve Online.
Picnic shelters are half price Mondays through Thursdays, except holidays, and on a daily basis
January 1 to April 15 and November 1 to December 31.
