History: Created in 1939 when its first 905 acres were leased from the federal government. Now the park has 2,465 acres.

Features

2 State Dedicated Natural Areas: Spring Beauty Dell and the Greenbelt Area.
Frisbee golf, playgrounds, Parcours Fitness Trail, 2 nature trails and a horse trail.
100-site campground with electric.
Picnic areas and shelters, as well as a campground facility.
2 golf facilities: Meadow Links & Golf Academy and The Mill Course.
Mill Race Lodge for golf outings, wedding receptions and other special events.
