WHO:

  • Individuals who are physically challenged and can no longer play golf the conventional way.

WHAT:

  • Single Passenger golf carts that allow you to play from tee to green without ever leaving the cart.

WHERE:

  • The park district has eight SoloRider golf carts available for use. The carts are located at Meadow Links & Golf Academy (4), The Mill Course (1), Little Miami Golf Center (1), Miami Whitewater Forest (1) and The Vineyard (1).

WHEN:

  • Schedule a time for a demonstration of the cart to see if it will benefit and enable you to play and practice the game of golf.
  • Contact Doug Stultz at (513) 367-9370 for a free demonstration and instruction session.

WHY:

  • Golf is a game of a lifetime that should be enjoyed by everyone.
  • Since 2009 the Hamilton County Park District has partnered with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission and hosted an eight week 2-person golf league for individuals who use the SoloRider golf cart.  The league is scheduled to resume in the summer of 2013.
