2013 Motor Vehicle Permit The 2013 Motor Vehicle Permits (MVPs) will be available for purchase on October 1, 2012 and are valid through December 31, 2013. The price of the annual MVP is $10.00 and includes the Great Parks Bonus Pack, which gives discounts on golf, boating, fishing, camping, wet playgrounds, special events and more. Hamilton County residents will also receive the benefits of the “Resident Reward” program with an MVP purchase. County residents who purchase an annual MVP can complete the Resident Reward form and return it to the Park District to receive a $5.00 Resident Reward gift certificate.
