Bring Your Lessons to Life
Great Parks’ school programs connect students with nature through a variety of immersive experiences. These hands-on adventures are designed with outcomes, objectives and concepts that are aligned with the Ohio Department of Education’s Learning Standards. Programs are offered for student groups in pre-kindergarten through high school and cover the following content areas:
Programs for homeschool students are offered in the fall, winter and spring. Dates, times and locations vary by season.
School Program Guide
The Great Parks Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance for children to connect with nature.
All scholarship applicants will be considered, but priority will be given to residents or groups located in Hamilton County. The awarded scholarship is up to 75% of the program cost, with a maximum of $300. Non-Hamilton County Residents are only eligible for 50% up to $200.
