Clydesdale Shelter at Parky's Farm Picnic Packages
For a weekday corporate retreat or a weekend picnic, the Clydesdale Shelter at Parky's Farm is the perfect place for your event. Included is a reservable picnic shelter available for a six-hour time-frame between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A $100.00 deposit reserves the area and is applied toward catering services.

Miami Whitewater Forest Picnic & Play Packages
Miami Whitewater Forest is the perfect location for your next youth group gathering. With a wide array of recreational activities and great catering selections, any of our Picnic & Play Packages will make for the perfect day in the park.
Package One: The Ultimate Play Experience
Your group will enjoy three hours of unlimited use of pedal boats, rowboats and bicycling equipment at Miami Whitewater Forest Harbor.
Package Two: Deli Delight & Play
Enjoy two hours of unlimited use of pedal boats, rowboats and bicycling equipment. In addition, your group will enjoy a boxed deli lunch with your choice of ham or turkey sandwich on bakery fresh bun, bagged chips, fruit cup. a gourmet cookie and choice of canned beverage or bottled water.
Package Three: Grill & Play
Enjoy your choice of any pedal boat, rowboat, or bicycling equipment rental for one hour’s use. Your group will also be treated to an incredible hot dog or burger from the grill, potato salad, fruit cup, gourmet cookie and choice of canned beverage or bottled water.
All package rates are $10.00 per person with a minimum of ten guests. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance so that we can properly serve your group. Contact us today at picnicandplay@greatparks.org or (513) 367-9632 to place your reservation.
Triple Creek Sports Picnic Package
Triple Creek is the perfect place for your next corporate gathering or family picnic. Best of all, we do all the work for you! Your package includes a covered shelter with picnic tables, patio with additional seating, grilled picnic meal with setup, cleanup and staffing as well as exclusive use of our ballfields. Other park amenities include a children’s playground, fishing pond, wiffleball fields, walking trail, and restroom facilities. Plus, there are no gratuities charged, saving you up to 20% over comparable caterers.
A $400.00 deposit is required and will be applied toward your food and beverage package.
Availability and Minimums:
- Four hour rental period. Additional hours available.
- Weekday rental available (completed by 5:00 p.m.). Have your outing on a week day and receive a 10% discount.
- Saturdays and Holidays (earliest start 9:00 a.m., latest start 4:00 p.m.)
- Guest Capacity - 100-225.
Basic Catering Option:
Picnic in the Park - $15.95 per person
- Guests will be served grilled chicken breasts, hamburgers, hot dogs, and metts with their choice of condiments, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions.
- Choice of three side items.
- Two 16oz. fountain beverages and a bottle water per guest.
- Assortment of gourmet cookies for dessert.
The grilled picnic meal is available for two hours. For your convenience, the snack bar is open throughout your picnic. Athletics Coordinator is available to help assist the outing organizer in arranging softball, kickball, cornhole or other games and tournaments. If you would like for the ballfields to be manicured and lined, please ask us about that service.
Triple Creek also offers a Porkopolis catering option as well as a Grilled Steak Feast option. Appetizers are also available. Allow us to customize your outing to fit your group’s needs.
