Armleder Dog Park Regulations

  1. Entry to Dog Park is at the risk of all users.
  2. Leash dogs while entering and exiting the Dog Park and while in the common area. Leashes to be a maximum of six (6) feet in length.
  3. Dog owners must have a leash in hand at all times in the Dog Park.
  4. Dog owners must be in the Dog Park and within view of their dogs.
  5. Aggressive dogs are not permitted and must be removed at the first sign of aggression.
  6. Dog waste must be cleaned up by the owner. Seal waste in a bag before disposing in designated containers.
  7. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Dog Park unless accompanied by an adult.
  8. Hole digging is prohibited. All holes must be filled by dog owners.
  9. Female dogs in heat are prohibited.
  10. Dog licenses and owner identification tags are required to be worn at all times.
  11. Dogs must be current with all shots as recommended by your veterinarian and must be free of diseases and parasites.
  12. The Dog Park is closed when Park District personnel are conducting maintenance.
  13. The small dog area is limited to dogs weighing 22 pounds or less.
  14. The use of any cleaning and grooming product is prohibited.
  15. No animals other than dogs are permitted.
  16. Users are not permitted to conduct business in the Dog Park.
  17. Users are not permitted to eat in the Dog Park. No glass containers of any kind permitted.
  18. Small treats are permitted. No food in bowls, bones or long-lasting chew treats.

All other incidents, call the Hamilton County Communication Center at
825-2280.

All users and dog owners who fail to comply with these or other regulations may be subject to prosecution by Hamilton County Park District Rangers and may result in a loss of privileges for use of the Dog Park.

Pit Bull Terriers are prohibited per City of Cincinnati Municipal Code Sec. 701-6.
